PROFILE OF FOUNDER
Way back in 1988, Paribartan was born when Sudhansu Mohan Dash and Subhransu Bhusan Swain, along with some expert social changemakers, shared a passion for the possibility of forming an NGO that would work on the ground and make small but rapid interventions to tackle what seemed like a minefield of problems, issues, and challenges affecting the lives of marginalized communities and the ultra-poor.
The core team of Paribartan includes development professionals, academics, scientists, technocrats, health service providers, conservation managers, lawyers, finance and business consultants, and communication specialists.
